Working principles
We quote what we can actually supply
If we cannot source something to the specification, on the timeline, we say so at quotation rather than at delivery.
The brief is the brief
Meeting the original brief is not new scope. Where a requirement has not changed, conformance to it carries no price uplift.
Documentation travels with the goods
Certificates of origin and conformity, safety data sheets and certification documents are part of the supply, not an afterthought once something is stuck at a border.
We publish what we hold
Our certifications, company details and VAT registration are stated plainly on this site. We do not display accreditations held elsewhere in our group as though they were our own.

Experience behind the process
Sue Lee has worked in medical supply since 2000.
Sue supported the supply of mobile field hospitals for Ebola treatment clinics in Sierra Leone — critical medical equipment, consumables and the supporting infrastructure around them, specified and configured for urgent deployment into a high-risk operating environment.
She has also acted as the dedicated medical procurement partner on a large hospital construction project in an African nation — working alongside the prime contractor and design teams to specify, source, consolidate and deliver the complete medical equipment package, from bill-of-materials development through to final handover. Medical Warehouse Global has since been appointed medical procurement partner for a forthcoming hospital build in the region.
Documentation and regulatory compliance
We supply a major international children’s charity with medical equipment for overseas deployment. On a recent consignment bound for Venezuela, the work was not really the equipment — it was the paperwork behind it: certificates of origin, certificates of conformity, safety data sheets and ISO documentation, prepared in Spanish and matched to the shipment.
Preparing country-specific regulatory documentation is a routine part of how we handle international consignments.
Traceability from day one
Expiry control, batch capture and recall traceability are not add-ons — they are built into how we receive, hold and despatch every order.
Expiry & FEFO
First-expiry-first-out is applied on despatch, so the shortest-dated stock always moves first and nothing expires on the shelf.
Batch & lot capture
Batch and lot data are recorded both at goods-in and against every customer order, so the provenance of each item is retained throughout its journey.
Recall traceability
Customer-level recall traceability works forward and backward — from the batch to the customers it reached, and from the customer order back to the batch.
Certification checks
CE/UKCA marking and relevant certification are verified as part of sourcing, before an item is offered for supply.
Stock and accounting run on Sage 50 and Cim50, giving auditable control of inventory and traceability data across the business.
A specification that travels with the sample
For complex or specification-critical items we circulate a sample passport — a shared document so that a sample’s specification, source and status travel with it from first evaluation. The result is a single shared record of what has been seen, approved and supplied, so sign-off and re-order reference the same documented standard.
